BailaBien offers Cuban salsa, bachata and kizomba classes in Biel and La Chaux-de-Fonds, in the form of cycles (sessions of several weeks), packages or single classes, as well as a free first trial class.

The details of the classes, levels, locations and schedules appear on the website and may change from one session to the next.

The first trial class is free and without commitment. It lets you discover a class before any paid registration. Booking is done through the website or by direct contact, subject to available places.

Registration for a class or a cycle is done through the website bailabien.ch and becomes final once payment has been received. As places are limited, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) on the website, at the time of registration, per person and according to the chosen option (cycle, package or single class).

BailaBien reserves the right to change its rates; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of registration.

Payment is made online, at the time of registration, by card through our secure payment provider Stripe. No card data is stored by BailaBien.

The free trial class lets you try a class before committing. Once a cycle, package or class has been paid for and started, the amount is non-refundable, including in the event of the student's absence.

In the event of absence, the student may, subject to available places and with BailaBien's agreement, make up the missed class in another slot of equivalent level. Making up a class is a courtesy, not a right, and gives rise to no refund.

BailaBien may have to change a schedule, a location or a teacher, or to postpone a class (in particular in the event of force majeure, an insufficient number of participants or unavailability).

If BailaBien definitively cancels a cycle with no possibility of postponement, the part not delivered is refunded pro rata or credited towards a later session, at the student's choice.

The student participates in the classes under their own responsibility and declares being in a physical condition compatible with the practice of dance; in case of doubt, it is up to them to consult a doctor.

BailaBien declines all liability in the event of injury, accident or damage occurring during the classes or events, except in the case of gross negligence on its part. It is up to each participant to have their own insurance (accident and civil liability).

The parties, outings and events organised by BailaBien may be subject to specific conditions (price, registration) specified when they are announced.

The personal data provided at registration is used solely for the management of classes, payments and the relationship with the student, in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). It is not passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

All the contents of the website bailabien.ch (texts, photos, videos, logo) remain the property of BailaBien. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Biel (canton of Bern), subject to a mandatory place of jurisdiction provided for by law.
