The Eden Club is at Rue de la Serre 83, a nine-minute walk from the station, under eight hundred metres. The route is flat, through the streets of the centre, with no awkward detours.

When you arrive
Turn up a few minutes early for your first session, to find your bearings and meet everyone. Classes follow one another hour by hour, so we start on time.
Comfortable clothes and clean shoes are all you need. Avoid soles that grip the floor completely: turning quickly becomes unpleasant for the knees.
