Cuban Salsa – Beginner – Level 1
Want to learn to dance? Do you feel like a tree stump stuck on the dance floor?
If you can walk then you can learn to dance with us
Then the beginner course is perfect for you.
We will start by walking in rhythm then integrate the basic step alone, then in couple. The first figures arrive with: dile que no, enchufla, paseala, exibela, etc…
And especially small steps!
Cuban Salsa – False Beginner – Level 2 to 6
You have already taken about ten hours of group lessons, so you have a little dance experience.
We are already going to work more on following the rhythm and bringing in a little more complex figures, setenta, ochenta, ochenta especial, etc…
And especially small steps!
Cuban Salsa – Intermediate – Level 7 to 12
You already know how to dance, you have already taken about 60 hours of group lessons.
We will add body movements to the figures you already know, let go by dancing a few steps alone. Insist on balance and add slightly more complex figures.
A few rumba or mambo steps are coming…
And especially small steps!
Cuban Salsa – Advanced – Level 13+
You’ve been dancing for a long time, you’ve already taken about 120 hours of group lessons.
We will insist on the musicality, the position of the body, the arms, the head. It is necessary to maintain the circle so that the dance is fluid and as pleasant as possible for the 2 partners.
Balance at all times! We add other elements with the movements of the body, the partners let go and are freer…
And especially small steps!
